With an unlimited class membership, you gain free access to a wide range of fitness opportunities. This includes Open Gym sessions where you can work on your personal training goals at your own pace. Additionally, you'll have the chance to participate in Olympic Weightlifting Classes, ideal for those looking to improve their technique or build strength. Nutrition counseling is also included, offering guidance on dietary choices to enhance your performance and overall health.
This membership grants access exclusively to the Open Gym facilities and equipment. Members with this access can utilize the gym during designated hours for personal workouts and training. However, they are not permitted to participate in CrossFit classes, Olympic weightlifting classes, nutrition counseling sessions, or movement workshops.
